Administrative Assistant (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer emails, chat inquiries, and internal communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for appointments, interviews, and team operations.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding workflows, including application tracking, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and document collection.
- Support billing, invoicing, recordkeeping, and administrative document organization.
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with remote team members across multiple departments.
- Assist with operational projects and general administrative support tasks as assigned.
- Handle confidential client and employee information responsibly and securely.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
