Pay: $22.00 per hour + mileage reimbursement

Location: Field-Based / Mobile Throughout Tennessee

Join our growing statewide mobile notary team as a Certified Loan Signing Agent. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are comfortable guiding clients through important real estate documents while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. You’ll travel to scheduled appointments and serve as a trusted point of contact during the signing process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate loan signings including Refinances, Purchases, HELOCs, Seller Packages, and related closing documents.
• Verify signer identity and ensure all notarizations are completed in compliance with Tennessee notary laws.
• Review documents for signatures, initials, dates, and notarization accuracy to help prevent funding delays or document rejections.
• Professionally guide borrowers through loan packages while remaining impartial and avoiding unauthorized legal advice.
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, escrow officers, and clients to ensure smooth and timely appointments.
• Maintain secure handling of confidential borrower information and documents.
• Travel to client locations including homes, offices, hospitals, and other approved meeting locations.
• Return completed documents promptly according to company and client instructions.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee Notary Commission in good standing.
• Current NNA Certification preferred or required.
• Minimum $25,000 Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance coverage.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for appointments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
• Access to a smartphone, printer/scanner, and dependable internet connection preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Loan Signing Agent or mobile notary.
• Familiarity with mortgage and escrow documents.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when needed.
